1).Parkview Center for Healthy Living offers a variety of opportunities related to health & wellness. Members of the community may have their labs completed for a small fee and various other screenings performed at little to no cost. An assortment of exercise & cooking classes are also offered throughout each month; wellness coaching is available as well. 3). Need some extra encouragement, or want to get connected with a young adults group to work through the series, please contact Alyssa Banas or Michael Lopez.! Additionally, throughout the entirety of the series and for several months after we will be keeping a blog. 5). I have been a certified Zumba Fitness instructor for 2 years. Zumba is a fun way to get a great cardio workout while enjoying a wide variety of international music! Here is my class schedule:
