Salt and Light Christmas Party

You’re invited to a festive evening of fun and community at the Salt & Light Christmas Party on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00 PM at 3636 Windlass Court, Fort Wayne. Join us as we celebrate the season together with optional festivities, including a cookie exchange (bring 5 dozen of your favorite cookies and an empty container to take some home), an ornament swap (bring a cheerful ornament to trade), and our always-fun ugly sweater contest—so don’t be afraid to wear your most delightfully tacky Christmas sweater! Whether you join in the activities or simply come to enjoy the warmth of friends, we’d love to celebrate with you.

Baptisms

We’re excited to celebrate baptisms on December 14th! If you’re ready to take this step of publicly declaring your faith in Jesus, we would love to walk with you. Sign up at the Connection Desk or online and be part of this incredible moment.

Just Come Dinner

The Just Come Christmas Dinner is happening on December 5 from 6–8 PM, and we’d love your help! We’re looking for donations of four dozen cookies or brownies — if you’d like to contribute, please sign up at the Connection Desk. You can also make a monetary donation using the QR code provided, or by connecting with Barb Wallace at the connection desk over the next two Sundays.

Haiti Angel Tree

This Christmas season, we’re inviting you to take part in our Haiti Angel Tree project — an opportunity to bless our brothers and sisters in Haiti with some very-needed basic items. We are collecting travel-sized toiletries (shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, and lotion) as well as socks for both adults and children. All donations need to be received by Sunday, December 7, 2025.

To participate, simply look over the list of needed items and choose one or more to purchase. Bring your donations to the Connections area at church by the deadline. If you’re unable to shop in person, you can still contribute by clicking the link to give a monetary donation. For example, a gift of $25 will help cover all items and shipping costs for two individuals.

Thank you for joining us in sharing love and care this season. Your generosity will make a real difference and serve as a tangible expression of God’s love to our Haitian community!

Baby Dedications

We’re excited to celebrate Baby Dedications on December 7 at East! This is a special moment for families to commit to raising their little ones in the love and guidance of Jesus, supported by their church community. If you’d like to participate or learn more about what baby dedication means, stop by the Connection Desk or reach out this week—we’d love to walk with you in this meaningful next step.

Blessing Bags

Our Blessing Bag Ministry continues to make an impact both locally and around the world by supporting missionaries and providing for local disaster needs. One of our greatest needs right now is financial assistance to help fill these bags with essential supplies. If you’d like to give, please make checks payable to Grace Gathering with “Blessing Bags” in the memo line, or give cash with your name and note included. Donations can be placed in the Sunday offering or mailed to Grace Gathering, 3157 Minnich Rd, New Haven, IN 46774.
